  Came in for a Iphone 6 battery replacement after a month plus of waiting with a POS phone. The employees here are very dismissive of customers. I was told to “wait here” and they all disappeared. I had a appointment. Apparently anyone walking in front of me came 1st. Really? Over one hour later I walked out. No battery. Very disappointing.

  First I have over 7 Apple products. My iPhone 6 plus battery went out after my IOS 11 update. I had to wait 6 months suppously for Apple to make me a replacement battery. Because they no longer make iPhone 6 plus anymore. After 6 months waiting, my battery finally came in. I went to Apple store in Orland Park mall to replace my battery. Of course they tell me they can’t fix my phone. Kevin the manager made me wait 2 hours to speak to him. After Apple the headquarters told him to fix my phone. He still refused to help me. I am a Middle Eastern man with a beard. When Kevin spoke to me after a 2 hour wait he was so upset he was shaking. I asked him if I upset because he was so upset it was too obvious he made me feel uncomfortable. He replied yes because my best interest is to look out for APPLE. After he refused to change my battery and demanding me to buy a new phone, I am glad to say I bought a SAMSUNG 9 PLUS. AND IT’S SO MUCH BETTER THAN APPLE.
