  I have had a terrible experience with Aspen Dental Orland Park, Joliet and the regional manager. Aspen does not stand by its money back guarantee. I have reached out and only had the buck passed on to the next person, There is no ownership either, Although I made several requests to meet with the "owner" dentist, Dr Abigail Brier, I was always put off and told how she was busy opening up Lockport, or how she was working at the Crestwood office etc. With all of my requests and all of my very documented mishaps with Aspen, maybe Dr Brier needs to focus on the branches she has where people get poor treatment than opening up anymore. I only gave the one star because this would not allow me to post with not adding any.

  Not only is this place state of the art, but their personnel also match the environment. I'm so glad to not only find this place, but also have a permanent dentist and hygienist for my son and I. The hygienist *Amber has an abundance of knowledge and possess great talent. She def cares and knows how to inform the general public on dental care. They actually make you look forward to your dental appt. The Office/Finance Manager Nicole- is also a great talent and person. She was very helpful with the financial portion of the visit.
