Absolutely love this gym. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable and at the top of their fitness game! The WODs are a challenge though, if you visit expect to put in some work! Well worth every penny.

The trainers are SUPER knowledgeable and love to answer questions and help you. I learned more from three months here than my previous six years of lifting and conditioning. I am in a strength and conditioning class to sit for the CSCS exam. After only four months of training with the coaches at Dinami, the class itself is easy. On top of that, we were learning olympic lifting and powerlifting basics, and there was a huge difference between how my professor was teaching the lifts and how the trainers here taught me. It's amazing how something as small as different coaching cues make such a huge difference in the athlete's ability to effectively learn and perform a lift. The programming is perfect for anyone who comes in wanting to try CrossFit, they will help you scale if needed, and they are willing to help people who are competitive meet their goals as well. It is obvious the trainers are working hard to be the best coaches they can be. The owners are friendly, encouraging, and always working toward making the gym better for their clients. I don't think you could find a better box to go to.
