  I went to leave a Facebook review, but they don't have reviews on their Facebook, which tells you a lot. Customer service was poor the whole experience. The woman who helped me when I came in to shop was a little rude, but I can get over that. Later my mom (who was the one paying for the dress) got into a disagreement on the phone with one of the employees about payment. I don't know what was said in their phone call, but when it was over the employee called me to tattle on my mom for being rude. That was so unprofessional and inappropriate. My mom is a grown woman and I'm not responsible for her and a bride doesn't need the extra stress. To top it all off, the strap on my dress broke at the end of my ceremony. That was so disappointing after all the money spent on the dress and the alterations.

  I’ve never been so disrespected in my life!!! We stopped in to see if they accepted walk in appointments or at least could browse around quickly. I was immediately handed a business card and basically shoved out the door. Horrible customer service! The lady at the counter was so condescending and rude. I would NEVER even consider giving them business or making a future appointment based on how I was treated.
