  The merchandise is wonderful, but:
  -The things that they say is in stock at this storeisn't actually at the store when I go.
  -Customer service isn't the best.
  -Music is very loud. I understand that the music they play in the shop is heavy, but they could turn the volume down. At one point, I couldn't hear the associate talking to me because of how loud the music was.
  -The store is very cramped when a lot of people are in the store.
