I Love kickboxing has been an awesome thing that I added to my life!! The workouts are awesome and since they are never the same you know your are not constantly working on the same thing over and over again. You are working every muscle in your body. The staff is amazing and very encouraging. They make sure to come chitchat with you and show you that they really care about your progress and how they can help. I am super excited that I started this and I can't wait to continue making changes in my life for the better!!

Ilovekickboxing in Orland Park, IL has seriously changed my confidence and motivation for working out. This has been a great experience where the results show in just a couple weeks. In my 45 day challenge, I saw my body tone up through the classes. We have the instructors who continue to bring me out of my comfort zone and work with us individually to reach our goals. Our gym community is filled with encouraging men and women who keep each other accountable. The upbeat atmosphere makes it hard to stay away for long and there isn't another gym I would rather be at!
