  I feel like every time I come here, I'm forgotten about and disrespected. After meeting with the nurse, waited in my room for over an hour. Asked someone at the front what was going on, since they were closing within the next 10 minutes. Someone just blurted out "10 minutes" to me, I'm assuming referring to how much longer I'd have to wait. No apology, no sincerity from anyone. It makes me feel so uncomfortable and this is the last place on earth a woman should feel uncomfortable at. I've visited the Aurora location before, too, and the bad wait time is an issue there as well. Why bother making an appointment if I won't get seen by that time, or even remotely close to? Very frustrating and I hate feeling like my time is disregarded here. Heard several other patients go in and out within the time I sat alone, not hearing from anyone. My appointments are simple rx renewals. Nobody seems to care. I've debated bringing this issue further up the chain, it's getting to the point where it's simply unprofessional and frankly, rude.

  I felt so uncomfortable. Everyone is very rude and I got charged for way more than they told me. I’ve been trying to call a corporate and nothing. Find a regular doctor. Don’t waste your time or money please!

  My girlfriend has been looking for a place that takes her State insurance for Birth Control and this place said they would. She made an appointment and was on her way up. She noticed she was going to be a little late so she called ahead and they told her not to be the least bit late. Of course she hurried but still was about 5 minutes late. Mind you we live in Joliet and have very small schedules to work with. Instead of working with her they said "Find somewhere else that can take you today." The place was clean. But the scumbags that they employ should be fired. I feel embarassed for suggesting the place. I work here in Orland and heard good things about this place. All my family friends co-workers and anyone and everyone I know or will know, I will tell them to avoid this place at all cost.
