  I was getting an upgrade for the Galaxy S9 since my lease/contact was up. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. The sales seems pushy and dishonest, I got a better deal online. The staff there doesn't know their job very well and I felt like I was a bother to them. I had to keep asking questions because no one explained anything. The whole process getting my new phone was ridiclous. This store is unprofessional, go to a different sprint.

  Terrible store manager no service for this 20 yr customer lazy employees no ambition to sell if I were the manager all would be unemployed... it’s sad I had to drive all the way to Downers Grove to get sadisfaction when they merge with T-mobile I expect the service to get destroyed even more

  Lavee was great, she was on the phone with sprint customer service for me for more 30 minutes to try and get my down payment eliminated since I have been with sprint for over 6 years, and she was successful. Very helpful!! Thank you, Lavee!!
