  I am extremely disappointed in the orland park 144th and wolf rd location... I go there all the time unfortunately it's the closest one to my house, this is the second time I have gotten my daugther an ice cream cone and we found surprises inside the ice cream. The first time is was a long hair in the icecream and today we went again and this time my daugther found a sticker inside the icecream never going there again absolutely disgusting

  We only come to this location because it is the only store in general that is open late on our work route. The night staff is incredibly rude, one woman in particular. I had complained in the past because of recieving cold sausage, and cold, mushed and completely oiled up hash browns. Apparently the person working the register was using another workers log in, which lead to the wrong person getting in trouble. Well now the person who got in trouble, the particular woman who is incredibly rude, has been snarky by giving extra/free items and telling me “well I’m giving you this free, so don’t give you me any more problems, okay. I don’t need any problems.” I DON’T WANT FREE STUFF, I WANT YOU TO BE POLITE FOR ONCE! The original complaint was just to inform the store that food wasn’t being prepared properly and could get people sick, and now every time we come here and get the one woman it is a miserable time where I am being treated and talked to like a bratty child.

  This place has some of the kindest workers there. Sometimes I come in indecisive as to what I want and they always are so willing to help me out to find the next best flavor. My top favorite employees there are Hailey, Dana, Subrine and Catherine. They always have a smile on their faces!
