  M&I Homes and it's current property management have lost interest in our area. They are close to 97% sold out. Street lights out, dead trees are not being replaced, our dead/dying landscaping not being replaced because they are running out of funds (according to the association.)
  They don't care and want to move on to their next development phase.
  You want 5 STARS??? Fix & finish what you promised us homeowners.
