  My 7 month old daughter was brought in by her baby sitter/auntie and got ears pierced WITHOUT my or my daughter's fathers consent on 12/11/17. She left the receipt in the bag with payment info/store info. I was told that nothing could be done about that because they followed all of their procedures. We had continually told her no don't do it and she did it without consent and the piercing pagoda did not try to resolve the situation. When I called to get the number for corporate they asked me why and gave me the wrong number. I am definitely unsatisfied. I thought you needed a birth certificate and parental ID before you pierce a child's ear!
