  I purchased a furnace from them in the Winter and called them out three times after because it was not functioning. Four months later, I called them out to service my Air Conditioning unit. The Representative left an estimate for a new unit and claimed the current unit could not be fixed. I was very suspicious on a few occasions so I called another company that was highly recommended. After looking at the A/C unit the technician found that the Unit was not even wired from the furnace Polar had installed. The new Company wired the unit and was instantly operating. This was all done by design to take advantage of me and make more money. That being said, I would never recommend this Company to anyone.

  First of all, Polar Heating and Cooling and yes that is you. It would be one thing to forget to run a wire from the furnace to the A/C unit. Your Company was called out after the fact to inspect my A/C unit and you wrote up an estimate for a new unit. You not only "forgot" to wire it but then you came back to inspect and missed that it was connected a second time. There is not one possible excuse for this.

  AMAZING! Called Jerry came out gave me my estimate called later the same day! Booked they where out the next morning done before the time given very nice works reallyget the job done and amazing! My A/C had never worked so amazing EVER! You can feel the difference amazing work fair and worth the Price considering some places where almost double the price and they did more work then the competitors glad I went with them you won’t be disappointed!
