So I had to return to write a review for a DIFFERENT T-Mobile and this is a very different review. I had a HORRIBLE experience at the T-Mobile store near me (Homewood) but the Orland T-Mobile made it all better! I attend school online, have kids and work so CANNOT be without a working phone. My charger which was purchased just a few days over the return policy date (less than 30 days before) was fraying at the point where it plugs into the phone and I couldn't charge my phone. My phone was dead by the time I took my defective charger into the Orland T-Mobile (after trying to get Homewood to honor my purchase as a loooooonnnngggg time customer!) I was the first customer at the store and I walked in needless to say frazzled and Remo Salgado and John Castillo simply said "No worries, we will take care of it." OMG. That is simply all I wanted to hear. No excuses, no accusations of damaging my own charger by the employee (true story -@ Homewood). They even went so far as to give me a back up cord. Since I'd just bought an iWatch, a charger, added a new line and replaced a phone less than 30 days before, and since I've been a valued customer since 1900! I felt that was the least they could do. And they did. :) Tip: pass by Homewood's store and go straight to Orland-it's worth the trip! Thanks guys!
