  Worst location I’ve ever been to. My waiter was rude and the manager is unprofessional. My food was terrible and their “NO REFUND” policy is bs. Don’t come here, you’re better off driving to Chicago.

  How can someone mess up your order after patiently waiting 25 minutes??? I told the girl that this is not what i ordered and she rolled her eyes at me and made it see like its my fault. I will never go back to that nasty restaurant..

  Awful. Literally go anywhere else. It's crazy crowded so they pop up these tiny tables in the middle of everything. There is clearly not enough room for these tables so people are constantly bumping into you and the tables are so small there is barely enough room for 2 people to eat. An older gentleman tripped on the table next to us and ran into our table because there is such little room. It's a legitimate safety hazzard.
  
  In addition to this, there are ZERO substitutions allowed. I ordered the eggs and bacon that comes with pancakes. I asked if I could change the pancakes for french toast. She said no, I said I was happy to pay more for the item. She said no. So I was going to add a half order of french toast then she said "are you sure? A half order is only a dollar less" which is crazy to pay $10 for one slice of french toast! So I cancelled that and just dealt with the pancakes. Very unaccomadating and rigid. I feel like I was trying to work with them and kept getting shot down.
  
  On top of all of this, the quality just isnt there. My husband ordered a cornbeef hash that was gross and soggy. What I got was average at best so definitely not worth the environment, hassle of ordering etc.
  
  TLDR: small, crowded, unreasonable, poor quality. Go anywhere else.
