  The reviews about how awful this place is are true. Not only was this my first Panera Bread experience, it was also the last. I will not go back unless corporate steps in and makes changes. The food was gross. The service was horrible. The plates and silverware were dirty. Someone will get sick from this place.

  Horrible place! What is going on? This place was never like this years back. Cashiers have an attitude, and slow as molasses! One cashier was scratching her head with her finger nail, then went to get my order. When i left, I threw my bagel in the garbage! I will not go back ever. Its a shame because this used to be a nice place. Sad.
