  Sam is a great representative. I was having a hard time getting my phone to activate (bought it at Target, which I regret) and Sam took the time to help me.
  
  Target even messed up my data plan and I was charged 3x more than my usual plan and although AT&T customer service via phone is awful, Sam was able to have my problems resolved.

  gave me a USED phone!!! ordered a phone 2 days ago and it was acting completely crazy so i brought it to my nearest AT&T to get a swap out since i was within 14 days. First off, they neglected to inform me that there was a $45 restocking fee. Why? I have no idea because THEY sent me a crazy phone! Literally started tweaking fresh out the box. I pay the restock fee and the guy brings a phone out to me w the plastic seal already broken. It was fishy to me so i asked him why was it open. He claimed he had to “open it up to check for a number “. I get the phone and I go home and check through it. Upon looking at the timer , it says thay the phone had a lifetime use of 3 days and 15 hours. Note that i set the ohone up as a new iphone too. How when the phone was “brand new”? It also said that it had been reset on janurary 3rd 2018. I called AT&T quarters and explained the issue and they assured me that that location did indeed sell me a USED phone bc the timer should have a lifetime of zero!! This location is pure trash. The manager is an over weight twit who is completely worthless. beware
